Diamond drilling is a non-percussive action that will cut non or reinforced concrete with minimal vibration and noise. It generally requires water to lubricate the diamond cutting segments as this acts as a cooling agent whilst works are in progress. The holes can be cut with extreme precision and can vary in size and depth depending on the clients requirements. All slurry generated from the works can be controlled and disposed of using vacuum rings and hoovers at source so that a controlled environment is maintained throughout the cutting process.
Floor Sawing
This is a quick and efficient method to cut reinforced concrete or asphalt/tarmac. Used to form openings, demolition lines and induction cuts in new concrete. The 3-phase powered equipment can be used internally, fume free. Internal works include trenches, chasses for electrical installation and lift shaft or staircase openings.
Wall Sawing
Track sawing also known as wall sawing. The reason for this is because it does both, the saw head is attached to a track which keeps it secure and the track is bolted to a wall to ensure accuracy and stability during the cutting process. Track sawing can be carried out vertically, horizontally, flush or angled to suit the particular task in hand. The depth of cut would be max 750mm depth using specialised equipment. Throughout the cutting process the blade would be lubricated with water to cool the cutting segments and polythene bunded if necessary to aid any water control requirements.
Diamond Wire Sawing
Can be used to cut objects or structures of any shape or size. Ideal for cutting deep or thick walls or floors. Used to remove sections of bridge decks, cut top off piles/piled walls and remove foundation projections.
Robotic Demolition
We have a full range of different sized machines to suit all your project needs. They are fully electric to allow fume free, efficient concrete removal. They are remotely controlled so the operator is away from the work area and any potential danger, and can also travel up staircases in order to access all levels.
Hydraulic Demolition
Hydraulic crunching or bursting provides a low noise vibration concrete removal solution which is ideal for live in locations such as hospitals, offices and residential buildings. Combined with concrete cutting techniques it can remove specific areas of concrete with minimal disturbance.

Pull Testing
We provide pull testing to fixtures and anchors which have been installed in concrete or masonry, to confirm they meet the specification required. Test certificates are provided on the day of the test.
Vac-Ex
A safe and efficient no-dig excavation solution, our Vac-Ex machines combine compressed air and suction to safely loosen and remove ground material. This enables the exposure of underground services without the need to use traditional excavating techniques eliminating service strikes.
Floor Chasing
This service is where we use the precision technology of diamond cutting to create channels, chasses or trenches in your floors. These can be for electrical cabling, trucking and drainage runs.
Safe Percussion Drilling
Sindrilla is a hands-free drilling solution that eliminates vibration, HAVS, and dust exposure. The simple design extracts dust as it drills and protects against Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome by removing the need for hand-held drills. Unlike conventional percussive tools, Sindrilla can be operated by a single person all day long with no adverse effects.
Floor Grinding
Diamond Floor Grinding is an efficient and dust free method of preparing concrete surfaces. The machines use either 415v 3-phase or 110v power and comes in various sizes depending on the application and volume of work. The diamond floor grinding machines have diamond tooling configured beneath the grinding head that rotate in a single or planetary motion.
Floor Stripping
Floor stripping is a quick and effective way to remove tiled or continuous floor coverings. The covering is removed using a blade at the front of the machine that can be lowered into position. The stripping machines are either 110v or battery powered, walk behind or ride on dependent on application and volume of work. The floor stripping machines is ergonomically friendly which makes it versatile for access via lifts and/or working in confined areas.
Floor Planing
Floor Planing is an efficient dust free method of reducing, preparing and texturing concrete surfaces. The machines used are either diesel, 110v or 3-phase 415v powered, walk behind or ride on and come in various sizes depending on the project requirements. The planing method is suitable for internal or external applications and will leave a textured clean non- slip surface to traffic upon or suitable for new floor systems to be applied.
Shot Blasting
Shot Blasting is an efficient and dust free method of removing coatings and preparing surfaces. The machines used are either 415v 3-phase or 110v powered and come in various sizes dependent on the project requirements. In this technique small balls of ‘shot’ are thrown at high speed at the surface removing some of the top layer of material and leaving a textured finish.
