Castle & Pryor are a specialist diamond drilling and cutting company working within the construction and civil engineering industries and aiding the controlled demolition industry with our controlled robotic demolition equipment and expertise.

We work in the UK and overseas in a wide variety of materials and project situations - mainly with concrete and masonry but also percussion / rock drilling for example.

We are a quality assured company with ISO 9001 certification and members of the Drilling & Sawing Association (DSA). We have commitment to Health & Safety, CDM, C.O.S.H.H. and all of our operatives are C.S.C.S. accredited and NVQ trained to level 2 standard.

Work we undertake includes:
• Diamond core drilling – dry or with water control
• Floor saw cutting up to 500mm thick reinforced concrete
• Diamond stitch drilling
• Chasing in walls or floors for conduits / channels etc.
• Silent removal of concrete / masonry using drill / burst / crunching techniques
• Drilling steel beams, rsj’s etc.
• Wire saw cutting to any shape or depth of reinforced concrete or steel tanks etc.
• Wall saw cutting, also known as track sawing, up to 750mm thick reinforced concrete
• Robotic removal / demolition of reinforced concrete or brickwork structures
• Floor preparation, polishing, grinding, scabbling and specific depth removal i.e. 1mm to unlimited
• Antislip flooring solutions – tailored to meet individual requirements
• Demolition / dismantling of refractory kilns
• Specialist plant hire and sales from our sister firm Diamond Hire & Sales

We operate one of the largest fleets of Brokk robotic machines in the industry, with ongoing investment in new machines to remain at the leading edge of this sector. Our robotic demolition machines are becoming increasingly used due to the white finger problems caused by conventional hand breakers.
