Wall Sawing
Precision Masonry and Concrete Wall Cutting
Wall sawing (also well known as “track sawing”) provides an efficient solution for precision concrete or masonry wall cutting. Powered by electricity, petrol / diesel our machines are ideal for cutting doorways, windows, reducing wall heights, and forming lift-shaft openings etc.
Capable of cutting 750mm depth, our specialised masonry and concrete cutting machines have easy to assemble components so they can be set up almost anywhere. This has many advantages when working space and position of cuts have to be compromised.
A track is attached to the surface of the concrete or masonry to be cut, on which the saw head travels along either vertically or horizontally. The diamond saw blade is attached to a saw head mechanism and rotated at high speed to form the cut. The saw blade cuts the concrete or masonry in small increments, in a series of passes until the required depth has been reached.
This operation is over-viewed and controlled remotely by an operator who has the controls about their person. They are able to maintain a safe working environment, cutting the concrete or masonry without any undue stress or strain to the structure or equipment.
Whether it is inverted, angled, flush cut or conventional, our masonry and concrete cutting machines and skilled operators will accommodate most situations.
