Castle & Pryor Health and Safety Policy
Promoting an Active Health and Safety Culture for Your Projects
At Castle & Pryor, Health and Safety takes top priority during all aspects of our operations from the planning stages to the execution of the works.
We have a dedicated Health and Safety manager (I O S H) with a mandate to vigorously promote an active Health and Safety culture within the company through all levels from workplace to senior management.
Regular site visits by senior management staff and On Site Toolbox Talks ensure that theory is put into practice at workplace levels. Regular Health and Safety performance reviews and audits ensure that best Health and Safety practice is adhered to at all management and site levels.
Our Health and Safety manager is a C.I.T.B accredited D33 NVQ Assessor for Drilling and Sawing operations. Training needs identified within our workforce are addressed in-house, with all training to NVQ L2 Standard as set by City and Guilds.
